Reservation
The reservation is regarded as binding only after the payment of a deposit and after you have received our written confirmation e-mail.
Local tourist tax
The local tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged per person (from the age of 14) and night. It has to be paid directly at our hotel.
Cancellation policy
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated (notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers' Code)) – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
- You may cancel free of charge up to 3 months before the arrival date
- 3 months to 1 month before the arrival date, we will charge 40% of the total price of your stay
- 1 month to 1 week before the arrival date, we will charge 70% of the total price of your stay
- If cancellation occurs within the last week before arrival 90% of the travel price will be charged
- 100% of the total price of your stay is due in the event of early departure or late arrival
Travel cancellation insurance
In order to avoid the aforementioned fees in the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
Check-in / Check-out
On the day of arrival, your room / apartment will be ready for you from 2:00 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room / apartment by 10:00 am.
Pets
Pets are only allowed upon request.
Smoking
Please note that smoking is not allowed in the rooms and apartments.
